In the chaos of the election season, a monumental Supreme Court decision regarding Trump just shook American politics to its core.

While Biden and Trump traded barbs in a raucous debate, the judicial branch dropped a bombshell ruling that will forever change the power of the presidency.

The court sided with Trump, granting sitting presidents broad immunity from prosecution for acts taken while in office.

The justices rejected the left’s calls to neuter executive power and enable partisan witch hunts against disfavored presidents.

This explosive ruling means the stakes have never been higher against the Democrats.

A storm is brewing. Our Republic faces its greatest test yet.

Trump Debate Took Attention Away From Victory

In the midst of all the divorce and the chaos surrounding Trump and Biden in regards to how well or how awful they performed in the first and most recent election debate that captivated the patriots and the disinterested alike. We have neglected to mention a monumental achievement in the United States’ history and something that will forever change the democratic landscape as we know it.

I am talking about the recent supreme court ruling in favour of Donald Trump for full presidential immunity.

And to be fair, we have to be at least partially excused for missing such an event when the debate of the century was taking place coincidentally during the same time, and we had the mother of all representations of the failing and crumbling democratic party right in front of our eyes.

It was like a celebration and a confirmation of everything the Republicans and Trump predicted would happen during the debate. Biden fumbled his way to slurring his words and resorted only to personal attacks – if he even could utter them properly in the first place.

But moving on from this whole debacle that has engrossed all of us for days now, let us get back to the subject at hand; Trump winning the presidential immunity case.

Trump Scores a Major Legal Victory

It is not out of the realm of normality to state that the Supreme Court’s decision in Trump v. The United States is a monumental victory for supporters of limited government and the rule of law in the land.

The 6-3 ruling rightly recognizes that sitting presidents have immunity from prosecution for acts taken in their official capacity.

This in turn actually moves to uphold a fundamental tenet of our constitutional system – that the executive branch must have the ability to vigorously carry out its duties without constant harassment from political opponents.

This is exactly what Trump was fighting for in the midst of the totality of the Biden campaign and his unhinged supporters ganging up on him and scheming meticulously to put him behind bars once and for all. And now the rule of law is the biggest blockade in their corrupt and disingenuous campaign against Trump.

This is not a blank check for any sitting president to commit horrible acts and abuse his position of power in the most staunch way possible. It is not the green light to authoritarianism that the Democrats would love for you to believe and acknowledge.

As Chief Justice Roberts wrote, the president “is not above the law. But Congress may not criminalise the President’s conduct in carrying out the responsibilities of the Executive Branch.”

The Democrats’ Plans Failed

This is what the Founders foretold for generations to come. This is what they hoped for when discussing the constitution. A democracy that allows the president enough flexibility and discretion to lead the greatest nation on earth without any strings pulling them, especially in times of need and crisis.

Trying to expose them for every little controversial action that is not to the opposition’s liking, is to waste the leader’s time and make him think ten times before taking steps ahead and making decisions that could save the nation and move it forward on the global stage.

This case in particular arose from the countless and unjustified Trump cases that he got hit with after leaving office in 2020, but the main one was the Trump-deranged special counsel’s attempts to prosecute the 45th president for his efforts to audit suspect election results.

Questioning election integrity and voter fraud is a legitimate use of presidential authority, but I guess it was not the case for literally every unhinged and lunatic democrat.

They don’t understand that to allow criminal prosecution for such actions is to call for a chilling future for presidents trying to ensure free and fair elections.

Or perhaps they do actually understand everything they are doing, because we already know how the Biden team has conspired with several judges and prosecutors to target Donald Trump and force a ruling on him and his team. It was so horribly obvious as well with how Biden tried to force his own judges into the supreme court and took a more active role in Trump’s many cases.

This ruling and this victory will ensure justice prevails in the United States.

No more will judges and district attorneys that are involved in secret affairs threatening the integrity of the criminal justice system, celebrating undeserved victories and throwing shots at the opposition.

And no more delusional supporters thinking their voices have any credence to real world happenings.

It is time for a more just America. It is time for a better America.
