Biden All Alone

The walls are closing in on the floundering Democrats as disaster looms in the upcoming midterms.

Reeling from President Biden’s humiliating debate face-plant against Trump, the party faces annihilation at the polls. Their hopes lie in a Hail Mary revival of split-ticket voting.

They actually think that voters will dismiss Biden’s incoherent ramblings and vote for them in the senate even if they choose Donald Trump as their president.

What they might be forgetting is the fact that when Trump states he will drain the deep state swamp once again, he doesn’t mean just Biden and his closest cronies.

Yet against all odds, delusional Democrats cling to threads of hope that split-ticket voting could offer a lifeline.

With Biden in freefall, Democrats are learning the hard way that his name drags down the entire party. Their scramble to save themselves through ticket splitting may be too little too late.

Democrats Realize Their Doom

The situation is getting more dire by the minute for the Democratic political party, especially after the absolutely embarrassing and depressing display of incompetence that the president of the United States clearly showcased during his first rematch debate with the former president Donald Trump.

The debate was a shitshow to say the least. Biden was finding it hard to even slur his words as he stumbled his way into trying to prop up his administration when questioned about the state of the country, the failing economy, and the safety of the American people.

Biden was resetting and rebooting his mind in the middle of the debate, and if you didn’t stumble onto a clip where he clearly looks like a faulty android, then you probably stumbled on the many clips where he dismisses his opponents claims without fact checking them and throws a myriad of insults and ad hominems at Trump.

So of course, any sane Democrat will see this and realise the absolute doom and gloom that they are walking towards in terms of complete Democratic party annihilation at the upcoming elections. But as we understand that there is no changing course for the corrupt democrats, they are thinking that the only way out is to cling to the hope of split-ticket voting making a huge comeback for the political party in the senate.

Democrats Cook Up a Plan

Now, some of you might not be aware of what split ticket voting means, and because of that let me refresh all your memories while I explain the process through which the democrats have regained some false hope.

Split ticket voting is a practice that was uncommon in the 90s but seems to have picked up some steam in recent years – especially in the 2020s where it is slowly becoming more common and acceptable to voters instead of single ticket voting.

Split ticket voting is basically defined as the process of voting for different candidates from different political parties when multiple offices are being decided by a single encompassing election.

This is the complete opposite to single ticket voting where every voter has to stick with candidates from his or her preferred political party for all office and position choices during the election.

So for example, you can be a Democrat voter – god forbid – and you vote for Joe Biden as the president but also vote for a republican with some common sense ideas in the senate.

Or maybe you are a Republican voter who thinks a very moderate Democrat is worthy of being a representative official or holding a position in the senate as well.

This is basically how it goes, voters get to pick and choose from every political party for every seat currently on the election table. And the Democrats are banking on these liberties to save them from total annihilation.

The midterm map puts Democrats at an inherent disadvantage, forcing multiple incumbents to fight for re-election in swing states. And with Biden polling poorly nationwide, his presence on the ticket is poised to become an albatross for his party.

Their only hope lies in persuading voters to treat state races as completely separate from national dynamics.

No Coming Back

But even this strategy might prove to be a missed shot in the dark for the flailing Democrats. Because according to experts, engineering split-ticket outcomes has grown increasingly difficult in today’s very polarised and divided climate.

Each half of the country thinks the other ones are the spawn of Satan himself. And despite wanting to argue why the republican half is completely justified, it is clear how a polarising climate like that will not bode well for the democrats future plans.

Voters are more likely to vote along party lines up and down the ballot. But that precedent offers little comfort to Democrats staring down the barrel of a Republican wave year.

This will not get them to stop trying however. In states like Arizona, Nevada and Georgia, Democrat campaigns are subtly trying to create distance from Biden.

Avoiding overt criticism of the President, they are quietly emphasising how their independence benefits constituents.

These senators hope subtle differentiation will motivate ticket splitting by swing voters dissatisfied with Biden but willing to vote for other more sane and moderate democrats. Something that is as delusional as a unicorn.

But all their efforts and planning will ultimately be in complete vain. Because the patriotic American people have already seen how the democrats relied on Biden too heavily and now they are just reaping all that they have sown.

These are people that have lost all hope in the democratic system and in Biden himself a long time ago. And now, they are whining to all of us and wanting to get a piece of the presidential pie.

I say it is too late for forgiveness. It is too late to forget the scheming, the thieving, and all of the corruption.

It is simply too late for the Democratic party.
