Trudeau Risks Severing Relations with the United States

Published:

Diplomatic Goof

Ladies and Gentlemen, hold onto your seats because Trudeau is leading us through a very risky and bumpy ride that may or may not end with severing ties with our closest ally and neighbour; the United States.

As the premiers’ annual summer meeting came to an end, a lot of speculation and anger was hurled towards Trudeau, but an urgent call was made to the federal government amongst all the chaos to expedite efforts in hitting NATO’s spending benchmark.

The man behind this stirring demand is none other than Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew. But the stakes couldn’t be higher; it’s not just about defence anymore—it’s about saving Canada’s trade relationship with our most crucial ally, the United States.

Premier Kinew’s shocking assertion has set the stage for a riveting clash that could redefine our national security and economic future.

Will Trudeau realise the position he had put Canada in soon? Or will it be too late to do anything in retaliation?

Trudeau is Not Doing Enough

Ah, the liberals, always so keen to throw money at the problem once it’s already out of control.

What should be delightful to hear after years of ignoring our NATO allies’ calls for increased defence spending, that our dear Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has finally thought of making a move, we also come to realise that he’s only doing it because his hand was forced by NATO and even then it is merely a desperate move that has no legs to stand on in the grand scheme of things.

But things as we know it have become so needlessly complicated that now the provincial premiers are finding the courage within them to stand up and criticise Trudeau’s approach. Ultimately culminating in a meeting and a press conference in Halifax about the whole ordeal.

One of those very vocal and very dismissive premiers happened to be Manitoba’s very own Wab Kinew – who is also the leader of the NDP party situated in Manitoba – urged Trudeau to hit that 2% target as soon as possible to avoid any risk with the United States.

During a quick interview about the state of the Canadian provinces and how the premiers are dealing with the federal government and its increasingly delusional demands and initiatives, Wab Kinew chose to focus solely on the subject of the defence target and the budget for the Canadian military.

Wab Kinew stated how there are plans put in place and strategies to follow in order to satisfy our defence needs in terms of purchasing newer technologies and equipment, alongside heavily investing in human resources and personnel training.

It is after all, our duty as patriotic Canadians to invest in our future prospects and our national security.

It also doesn’t hurt to be responsible as a first world nation and an important member of the NATO organisation in order to do our part right and maintain our long standing and solid reaction ship with our closest ally and neighbour in the United States.

Trudeau Risks Trade Relations

Kinew stressed on this relationship part and how concerning it is that Trudeau is looking to risk it all for his slow progress, not knowing that this will in fact hurt trade relations with the United States as well and in turn hurt Manitoba and its thriving local economy.

So it is all like a domino effect and Trudeau is the man responsible for the game starting and accountable if the game ends up blowing in all our faces.

Everything he touches turns to ash but some people are just not awake enough to realise Canada’s true peril. I mean the reporter literally asks Wab Kinew about Trudeau’s latest pledge to actually see through the agreed upon 2% defence spending with a plan spanning until 2032 – as if we are all supposed to nod our heads and believe this doofus without any pushback.

Wab Kinew realised what is at play here and he quickly retorted by reminding folks that the relationship with the United States is already strained so Trudeau better speed up the process tremendously or he risks an international relations disaster in the future.

I mean it doesn’t take a genius to see how strained relations have become recently with the speaker of the house of representatives publicly humiliating Canada and dragging its reputation through the mud by calling them freeloaders that are riding on the coattails of the United States.

Now I don’t know about all of you, but this right here is the epitome of disgracefulness and humiliation on the world stage.

Poilievre was absolutely right when he explained how Trudeau just humiliated Canada on the world stage and was acting like a pinata the whole night during the latest NATO summit.

Poilievre Proves a Point

And speaking of Poilievre, Kinew was asked about him as well for some reason. It is as if no one is grasping the utter catastrophe that trudeau is dog walking us to if he does not fix the strained relationship with the United States as soon as possible.

But alas, the reporter asked about a misused quote from Poilievre’s latest press conference in Montreal where he makes it clear that reaching the spending target agreed upon by NATO is a long and tiring journey that he is willing to take but not give promises about the reaching the destination of.

Kinew just dismissed the angle trying to be sprung on him out of nowhere and just kept on his agenda of getting Trudeau or whoever is in power whenever to wake up and actually invest in our national defence.

But even focusing just a little bit on the Poilievre part; Poilievre never really stated anything remotely close to what was reported. All that Poilievre ever said was that he will not make promises that he can’t keep unlike our dear mister Trudeau, and that the journey to the defence target is hard because Trudeau willed it to be when he destroyed the Canadian economy for 9 years.

And now here we are with Trudeau on the verge of destroying yet another important thing to Canada, with everyone turning a blind eye and believing all his peddled and costly lies.

We need a strong leader to mend and strengthen our relations with the United States, not a weak and incompetent fool that makes us all look like clowns on the world stage.
