Jordan Peterson Blasts Trudeau’s Image & Unethical Abuses

Published:

Scathing Assessment Of Corruption

Jordan Peterson recently dropped a bombshell accusation, deeming Justin Trudeau perhaps the most scandal-ridden leader in the world.

Without naming names, he described a country where controversies emerge so regularly the public becomes numb and ethics violations no longer elicit outrage. Yet behind this vague assessment, the true target of Peterson’s critique was obvious to all.

By framing Trudeau as beholden only to cronies and political allies, Peterson gave a thunderous voice to a deepening national frustration. His willingness to state plainly what many whispers reveals a government rotting from within while its gilded veneer remains polished and presented for admiration.

If Trudeau possessed any capacity for self-reflection, this would have given him pause. Instead, like other damning criticisms preceding it, his government shrugged it off while lurching towards its next ethical lapse.

For a leader interested only in crafted image over public duty, the politics of spin triumphs over any sense of accountability. With his assessment, Jordan Peterson pulled back the curtain on this ugly reality before all Canadians.

Jordan Peterson Exposes Trudeau As Most Scandal-Plagued Leader

Renowned intellectual Jordan Peterson recently leveled a grave charge at Justin Trudeau in a recent interview, deeming him perhaps the most scandal-plagued prime minister in the world. Peterson highlighted how the endless ethical lapses emerging from Trudeau’s government have utterly desensitized Canadians through their regularity.

Peterson decried the endless scandals emerging from Trudeau’s government, saying the pace is so relentless that “no one can keep up.” His comments underscore a defining feature of Trudeau’s leadership – ethical lapses have become so frequent that they barely register before the next one erupts.

As Peterson observed, the regularity of controversies under Trudeau is staggering. In a normal government, any one of these would generate serious public backlash and accountability. Yet with Trudeau, they disappear down the memory hole within days, if not hours.

This endless cycle began early with the Aga Khan vacation scandal and cash-for-access controversies. It accelerated with high-profile debacles like SNC-Lavalin and the WE Charity ethics violations.

Most recently, the Poilievre campaign exposed new revelations about the scale of Liberal pandemic spending abuses. The Canada Student Service Grant program dispersed over $500 million to Trudeau-linked organizations like WE Charity despite safeguards.

Yet perhaps most galling is the complete lack of accountability. Trudeau breezily ignores calls to resign and brushes off egregious violations that should shock the conscience of Canadians. He platitudinously acknowledges mistakes, promises to do better, and then moves on to the next ethics breach without consequence.

Not only did Trudeau abuse spending for Student Service, as Peterson addressed the previous massive Green Slush scandal that was leaked in a shocking report 3 months ago from the Auditor General office.

Back in June, Poilievre broke down the report one scandal after another, the report indicated billions of dollars spent recklessly without respecting the rules and with no benefits or outcome since any programs or plans have been launched.

Additionally, Trudeau and his liberals have not just recklessly spent taxpayer money but bluntly and audaciously channeled the tax money to fund their own businesses. This government never ceases to amaze us with its hypocrisy and audacity.

In response to these allegations, The parliamentary budget office has already proven that the carbon tax is not worth it, just like the Prime Minister. People were better off without the carbon pricing regime upon them.

Poilievre shined the light on Trudeau’s new favoritism scandal, where the Auditor General Report has clearly stated that 97 contracts worth $209 million were all channeled to the prime minister’s favorite consulting company.

The auditor general’s report provides sobering insight into how the Trudeau government has mishandled contracting with McKinsey & Company. The report reveals a systemic disregard for proper procurement policies by government departments and agencies.

This disregard has led to numerous non-competitive contracts being awarded to McKinsey without proper justification. The report makes clear that the frequent flouting of contracting rules under the Trudeau government has undermined transparency, fairness, and value for taxpayers.

Endless Scandals Under Trudeau Have “Desensitized” Public

The auditor general found that 70% of the 97 McKinsey contracts reviewed were non-competitive. This is highly concerning. Non-competitive contracting should only occur in exceptional circumstances.

The report indicates federal organizations often could not demonstrate the need for these non-competitive contracts. Allowing extensive non-competitive contracting establishes an unfair playing field and risks overpaying for services.

Even more troubling, the auditor general discovered at least four contracts that seemed designed specifically to suit McKinsey. This indicates a disturbing level of favoritism.

Tailoring contracts to benefit one vendor is unethical and fiscally irresponsible. All contracting should be open, competitive, and focused solely on securing the best value for Canadians.

The auditor general also found missing or inadequate bid evaluations for competitive McKinsey contracts. Without proper documentation, there is no proof these contracts represented the best value. The Trudeau government’s failure to require and retain appropriate evaluations has prevented accountability and transparency.

This brazen pattern reveals an arrogant leader who believes his virtue-signaling and identity politics grant him immunity. Trudeau chastises others for intolerance and misinformation, then abused his power to reward friends and allies on a historic scale. His carefully curated public image as a feminist, ally, and progressive is belied by his abuses.

In reality, Trudeau oversees a government thoroughly corrupted by cronyism, deceit, mismanagement, and self-dealing. He directly contravenes transparency laws designed specifically to constrain leaders from behaving as entitled autocrats.

While Conservatives have repeatedly called for investigations, ethics reviews, and even Trudeau’s resignation, he continues governing as if untouchable.

In conclusion, his blunt assessment gave voice to mounting public disgust over a figure who wears progressive virtue as a shield for hypocritical abuses of power. By stating outright what many believe privately, Peterson pierced through Trudeau’s teflon facade to the depths of corruption rotting this government from within.

If Trudeau had any honor left, Peterson’s scathing critique should have given him pause. Instead, it merely joins the procession of controversies casually dismissed on the way to the next scandal.

For Trudeau, the politics of image management long ago replaced principles of transparency and accountability. With bracing clarity, Jordan Peterson exposed this fraud for all Canadians to see.
