Starmer Is Facing Allegations Of Unlawful Detaining Of Suspects

Published:

Consequences Come At You Fast

Tensions are rising in the UK as new allegations emerge against Prime Minister Keir Starmer and his handling of recent protests.

While Starmer campaigned on a progressive platform of criminal justice reform, his actions in power suggest a different approach may be taking hold.

Starmer is allegedly detaining suspects from the UK protests in an unlawful manner that will have him possibly punished as a criminal as well. Look how the tables have turned.

I guess whining about imaginary “right wing thugs” and how Elon Musk obliterated you in a back and forth is not the best way to conduct a civil society.

Perhaps you need more than just empty words and promises that will not hold up as the time goes on.

Starmer brought this upon himself and he has absolutely no one to blame for his shortcomings.

Starmer and His Love for Humiliation

Keir Starmer and the labour party love to engage in all kinds of malicious and hypocritical activities that put them on the receiving end of universal and justifiable humiliation.

Keir Starmer in particular looks to enjoy being caught red handed talking about one thing and then as time goes by and the curtain pulls back, it is revealed he is doing the exact opposite.

It is the most embarrassing situation you could possibly put yourself in but it seems the labour party has finally found its groove within the cesspool of corruption and incompetence or as some people like to sometimes call it by its usual name – the U.K. political scene.

But sooner or later the labour party will stumble just like the Tories and we will end up with Keir Starmer allegedly committing a crime to fuel his authoritarian desires. What has got my mind in a twist lately to come to such assertions? Reports coming out and alleging that Starmer’s so-called emergency “Early Dawn” operations and prison measures will have him unlawfully detaining suspects.

Yeah, you heard it right the first time; our dear and corrupt to the bone prime minister Keir Starmer has found himself in a bit of a pickle as a result of his own policies and authoritarian decisions to combat the peaceful right wing protesters.

Starmer and the Pickle

You see ladies and gentlemen, Keir Starmer issued emergency measures to delay all court hearings for suspects that are currently being detained by the U.K. police force.

And do you want to know the reason for this delay exactly? You probably already know the answer anyway because you are not living under the rock, but our prisons are full and there are no jail cells to hold actual criminals let alone peaceful protesters who have done nothing wrong but oppose Keir Starmer and his egregious and overbearing policies and two tier policing.

So our dear prime minister Keir Starmer did not deliver on his promises in regards to the jail and the criminal system, and with just the least bit of push back form opposition he is resorting to too much authoritarianism and detaining people that don’t deserve it to the point where he is currently breaking the law.

I have never quite seen a self sabotaging individual as dumb and incompetent as Keir Starmer. Give him a month or two and he is going to overtake Sunak for the absolute dumbest prime minister to grace the U.K. and all of its citizens.

Under the police and criminal evidence act of 1984, a suspect that is held by the police in custody must be brought before a magistrate no later than the court’s next sitting day. Failing to do that however alongside failing to release them on bail after that set date will amount to unlawful detention.

And since all court hearings are delayed to emergency and Starmer is not going to let those peaceful protesters go by any means necessary, Starmer is allegedly guilty of committing a criminal act as a sitting prime minister.
Labour seem to be speeding the process of accomplishing all of the Tories’ corrupt feats that spanned 14 years in just the span of a couple of months. Very impressive and quite scary at the same time.

Now, do I need to remind folks how all of this has come to be; How all of this has played out?
Maybe I do it for the sake of refreshing everybody’s memories but Starmer is making sure of that anyway with each passing day.

He will never let you forget how he is going to hunt you down and force you to yield and if he is convicted of the unlawful detaining crime then we will never hear the end of it.

The Pattern Has Always Been Here

We already saw how his mask instantly slipped and showed his true authoritarian desires during a speech that could have been a moment of clarity and understanding for the country, but no, he had to go out there with his mean mug like he is going to scare any of us into giving up, and he called out the patriots and the free thinkers labelling them as nothing more than far right thugs.

But don’t let that demeanour fool you for even one second because he loves indulging in pathetic displays like whining and crying out in public about all the violence and how Elon Musk is allowing free speech on his platform or he will let his Police Chief do the theatrics.

It has always been that way with Starmer however, saying one thing and fighting for it tooth and nail, and then when he has all the power he chooses to do absolutely nothing about it – in fact make it worse in some cases.

We are in this predicament not because of Starmer and his labour friends alone, but because of a prison system left in tatters by the Tory government. And Starmer debated Sunak time and time again over these issues.

Do you remember how these debates and clashes went though? Do you remember how Staremr was fired up about the prison system being overloaded and how Sunak is letting out dangerous criminals to ease the system?

Now we are in the present day and Starmer has been a prime minister for almost two months now, and the prisons are still overloaded, Starmer has no plan for new prisons – in fact he has overloaded the prisons with criminals whose only crime has been a negative facebook post or a tweet, and now he is detaining people unlawfully because it is too late.

I bet you however much that you can never find someone fumbling his position as Starmer did in the time it took for him to do that.
