Miller Under Fire As Memos Detail Massive Hotel Bills For Illegals

Published:

Miller Housing Thousands Of Illegals In Hotels

Smoking gun documents just exposed Trudeau’s immigration minister Marc Miller as a stone cold liar.

While pretending to crack down on migrants, leaked memos reveal Miller’s secretly housing thousands of illegals in hotel suites costing taxpayers billions.

Miller acts tough by denying residency to 300,000 illegals. But classified documents show he’s actually Canada’s top sugar daddy for border hoppers.

Miller’s spent billions since 2017 on hotel stays for thousands of migrants. The memos reveal that your tax dollars are funding illegal immigrants’ food bills, which can reach staggering amounts, while they enjoy luxury accommodations.

Another shocking memo estimates up to 500,000 undocumented foreigners are hiding out in Canada. Miller’s clearly lost control, while still pampering those here illegally.

He virtue signals about securing the borders, but incriminating documents prove otherwise. Miller’s wasteful hospitality empowers human traffickers and swindlers exploiting Canada’s naivete.

The classified memos expose Miller’s hypocrisy for all to see. He acts tough curbing new residency permits, while his bureaucrats secretly accommodate a staggering number of illegals in expensive hotel stays.

Taxpayers Footing $2B Hotel Bill For Illegals

In a stunning display of incompetence, the Trudeau government has denied residency to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants while providing luxury hotel accommodations to nearly 500,000 others at taxpayer expense.

This outrageous immigration fiasco shows how badly Immigration Minister Marc Miller and the Liberals have failed to secure our borders against illegals, wasted taxpayer money, and messed up our immigration system.

Despite promising in 2021 to “explore ways of regularizing status for undocumented workers,” Miller now admits they have no plans to grant residency to the estimated 300,000 to 600,000 illegals currently hiding out in Canada.

How can Trudeau justify rolling out the red carpet for border hoppers and refugees?

Immigration lawyer Sergo Karas exposed the incompetence and carelessness now defining Trudeau’s immigration system, saying, “The government has no idea how many undocumented migrants are in Canada, so the discussion about granting them status outside the regular immigration process is premature.”

“Many of the people illegally in Canada are failed refugee claimants who have gone underground, overstaying visitors, and foreign students whose permits ended, preventing them from applying for permanent residency.”

Karas rightly stated that granting amnesty to those who flouted our system would be an “affront to the millions of immigrants who followed the law and paid their dues.”

He added: “It is also an invitation for others to flaunt deportation and removal orders to bide their time and wait for the next amnesty. It is bad policy.”

And Miller still has the gall to say that Canadians “are still very positive about immigration, they don’t want it done in an uncontrolled way, and in a way that doesn’t make sense for the economy”

Trudeau is basically handing out participation medals to anyone who manages to illegally set foot in Canada. Last year alone, over 144,000 illegals invaded, compared to 92,000 the year before, all thanks to Trudeau’s naive #WelcomeToCanada agenda set by his globalist buddies, which acted like a green light for migrants looking for freebies.

After rolling out the welcome mat for the world, Trudeau and his immigration minister now pretend they have control over the immigrants they’ve let in freely for years under their mismanagement and neglect.

Miller’s explanation that “Canadians are not there” on granting mass residency to illegals is laughable. Did he survey citizens before welcoming illegals into luxury hotels? Where was this concern for public opinion when he allowed an open invitation to the world? The truth is Trudeau cares more about looking “compassionate” to global elites than what taxpaying citizens think.

While denying residency, he still plans to “explore” exceptions for illegals working in healthcare and construction. So rather than stop incentivizing illegal immigration, Trudeau wants to expand amnesty. This will only act as a magnet attracting more migrants hoping to exploit the next exception. It’s a slippery slope that overburdens our immigration system.

Trudeau’s immigration minister himself admits they have “no accurate figures” on how many illegals are hiding out here. Some experts warn there could be up to 500,000, which would mean nearly 1 out of 100 people in Canada are illegal immigrants. Yet despite having no clue on true numbers, Trudeau keeps welcoming more. It’s the blind leading the blind – no wonder we’re in an immigration crisis.

You’d think with over half a million illegals leeching our social services, Trudeau would get serious about enforcement. But he’s done the opposite, essentially handicapping the Canada Border Services Agency by granting 64% of deportation orders the right to appeal and remain here indefinitely. He’s practically daring illegals to defy our laws knowing they’ll face no repercussions.

Documents Expose Immigration Mismanagement

Trudeau’s rollback of enforcement has fueled an explosion in illegal immigration. And now the shocking scale of Trudeau’s hotel program for illegals is coming to light. Immigration documents reveal nearly 4,000 hotel rooms are being billed monthly to taxpayers for refugees and illegals – close to 7,000 people living off Canadians’ dime.

Since 2017, this outrageous accommodation has cost $1.76 billion. Let that sink in – Trudeau has blown nearly $2 billion putting up illegals in hotels while we face a housing crisis and unaffordable rent. It’s obscene.

So anyone, literally anyone, from gangsters and convicted felons to serial killers, can hop the border illegally, and Trudeau will have you lounging in a hotel, enjoying taxpayer-funded meals and medical care, with your every need met.

This insane free-for-all costs an incredible $224 per illegal immigrant per night, documents show. Meals alone are $84 a day while rooms go for $140, allowing illegals to live in luxury that hard working Canadians can’t afford.

Trudeau is spending over four times more per illegal immigrant compared to what is spent on Canadian citizens who have paid into the system their entire lives. While he rolls out the red carpet for illegals, offering them taxpayer-funded meals, medical care, and hotel stays, many Canadians struggle to afford basic necessities like food, water, and clothing due to skyrocketing taxes.

His priorities are completely backward—Canadians are left to fend for themselves while freeloaders are prioritized.

After nearly bankrupting this hotel program, costing billions we don’t have, Miller now pretends they need a “more sustainable solution.” But wasn’t forcibly putting illegals into hotels always unsustainable? With no coherent plan, they’re essentially winging it, at our expense.

Canadians deserve a leader who values citizenship, not someone who hands out residency like candy to anyone who shows up.

Trudeau’s mismanagement has turned our immigration system into a global laughingstock. After this immigration fiasco, it’s clear we can’t trust his judgment.

And Trudeau’s immigration minister, Marc Miller, has completely dropped the ball. He’s out of touch and incompetent, letting an unelected bureaucracy be hijacked by open-border extremists. Their terrible leadership has fueled illegal immigration and wasted billions.

Canadians have had enough of Trudeau’s immigration mess. We need major changes to restore order. Trudeau has let Canadians down with his disastrous handling of immigration. After so many broken promises and wasted billions, it’s time for a new government that respects citizenship, protects our borders, and puts Canadians first.
